The book that has had the most influence on my life was a series of books about "Harry Potter" by Joanne Rowling. That is not surprising because you can hardly find a person who does not like Harry Potter, and I think there is no one in the world who has never heard about it; but for me, these books are special, as they taught me some important lessons. One of them is the following: forget about the past, regret nothing and always look ahead with optimism and great confidence. I try not to forget these words even when it seems that there is no sense to carry on. We start the journey into the magic world of Hogwarts with the book "Harry Potter and the Sorcererà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â€ž ¢s Stoneà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã‚ . The story tells us about a young boy, whom one day turns out to be a wizard and who gets into a magic school, where he finds friends and faces lots of amazing adventures. When you are reading about the gorgeous interior of Hogwarts, about its teachers and classes, about ghosts living in the school and wonderful creatures of the Forest, it is just impossible to put the book down until you read it to the end. The world of Hogwarts is amazing, and sometimes I feel sorry that it does not exist in real life. I like the fact, that Harry is not a perfect boy; he does mistakes sometimes, like every of us. Of course, what has been done cannot be undone, and we do not have to regret some mistakes we made in our past. However, I believe that some situations such as mistakes and difficulties must be remembered to learn our life lessons and draw appropriate conclusions, as even though you cannot change the past, you can change the future. Every famous and successful person had his or her ups and downs in life. If you are an optimist, you have an incredibly powerful weapon that might destroy, vaporize any obstacle in your path - a positive mental attitude. The personality of Harry Potter, Hermione, and Ron helped me many times in life à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢â‚¬Å" when I failed the exam when I was fired from work when I did not know how to carry on living.
